Established in 2007, SoccerMom Records began as an outlet for Regina-based, Juno-winning, singer-songwriter Jason Plumb to independently release his solo material. As Jason’s musical efforts expanded from a solo venture into Jason Plumb and The Willing, a full band, so has the label. SoccerMom has since grown and evolved into a supportive community and label for “The Willing” and friends.
Since 2007, the Edmonton-based label and management company have released three albums by Jason Plumb and The Willing, as well as the latest self-titled album from Winnipeg’s James Cohen and the Prairie Roots Rockers. SoccerMom Records will release new studio albums from Jason Plumb and The Willing, Dan Silljer, Cody Gamracy, Gord Smith and Jeff McLeod in March 2012.
